Service Description

A classical ballet class designed for over 55s, but open to all ages. Low-impact and gentle on the joints, you'll be introduced to the basic ballet positions and steps, as well as beautiful ballet routines and gentle stretches. A lovely way to enjoy light exercise and keep the body supple, with many benefits for your brain health and cognitive function. Ballet shoes required.
